Laupäeval 31. oktoobril hakkavad Tallinnas zombid ringi käima sest toimub “Zombie Walk“. Üritusel saavad osaleda end zombiks kostümeerinud inimesed kes siis imiteerivad linnatänaval zombisid. Osalemiseks peaks kell 19:30 Vene Draamateatri sisehoovis kohal olema ja Walk ise algab kell 20:00.
Juba homme toimub Z-Day, kus zombide rünnak puhkeb Twitteris. Tweedi, nagu zombid oleks valla pääsenud ja märgi oma tweedid #zday hashtagiga. Z-Day toimumisel saad silma peal hoida spetsiaalsel veebisaidil zday.zombiephiles.com.

Poes müüakse geneetiliselt muundatud toiduaineid, sõjavägi arendab igasuguseid koledaid relvasid ja terroristid möllavad üle kogu maailma. Kõik see kokku võib luua reaalse olukorra, kus ootamatult puhkeb zombide rünnak.
Zombirünnaku edukaks üleelamiseks ei pruugi piisata ainult sellest, kui koju relvi ja toiduaineid varuda. Alalhoidlikum ning tulevikule mõtlev inimene kaalub ka enda ja oma lähedaste kindlustamist.
Saatsin 10. detsembril 14:00 ja 14:30 vahel kaheksale kindlustusfirmale kirja, kus küsisin võimaluse kohta end zombirünnaku ja zombiks muutumise vastu kindlustada.
Kindlustusfirmade vastused, reastatud esimese vastuse või tagasiside kiiruse järgi:

Kohe peale seksi ja neokonservatismi on surm üks keerulisematest asjadest mida lapsele selgitada. Siinkohal mõned küsimused mida sult võidakse küsida koos näidisvastustega. Pea meeles, et sinu vastused võivad olla erinevad ja kui surnu ei ole onu Jaan, siis ära võta seda sõna-sõnalt.
1. Kus onu Jaan on?
Onu Jaan on surnud.
2. Mis tähendab surnud?
Surnud tähendab seda, et ta lõpetas hingamise.
3. Ma võin ka hinge kinni hoida.
See ei ole küsimus, aga ma vastan ikkagi. Kui sa oma hinge liiga kaua kinni hoiad, siis sa sured ära. Täpselt nagu onu Jaangi.
4. Kas jumal karistas onu Jaani?
Ei. Onu Jaan ei uskunud jumalasse. Sellest on kahju, ...
